One origin, two processing methods. This special twin Rwanda release showcases how different processing methods can change the sweetness, body, and acidity we taste in our cups.
Rwanda is famously known as the "Land of a Thousand Hills," featuring a landscape rippled with mountains and valleys, and a topography dotted with small-scale coffee farms. Here, coffee farms are often measured by the number of trees rather than acres — on average, each farmer tends to about 165 trees.
Put your palate to the test with one of each, ground to your preference, of course. Each coffee comes with tasting notes to help you get properly acquainted.
